In September, 9 of GICAM’s surgeons from Italy and Switzerland performed 37 operations on 33 patients at the CRHP Julia Hospital in Jamkhed (India).
In October, we welcomed 5 new members from the Czech Republic into GICAM’s surgical team. They have so far carried out 46 operations on 37 patients.
Thanks to the partnership with GICAM, CRHP has been able to provide basic health services to the most discriminated-on members of society.
The operated-on patients were individuals who had undergone serious burning, children with congenital malformations in their feet, persons injured at work or in traffic accidents, men and women with deformations that influence their social acceptance and inclusion.
